Incorrect Rounding of Small Values on Dashboard Panels

Dashboard panels now inherit the rounding configuration from the metric itself, so decimal values display correctly. Previously, small metric values between 0.1 and 1.9 were being rounded to whole numbers (0, 1, or 2), causing panels to display inaccurate data for metrics with small averages.
